Returns & Exchanges

At Downies Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
